我们做股权架构的时候，要明白，我们做任何事情都是为了把企业做成功。我们要思考一个命题，一个企业成功需要什么，而哪些要素是我一定需要用股权来解决的。如果说不需要用股权解决的，就没必要那么麻烦，不需要考虑那么多。

一、团队和公司都是需要人才的，没有人会相信光有钱就能做成事。特别是现在这种创业公司、科技类的轻资产公司，其实人的重要性是非常大的。所以我把人放在一位，这也是我们的核心层。管理层创始团队要知道普通员工其实都是人。其实这是一个要素。
