两人合伙 股权如何设计?

如果股权在分配时没有科学设计,很可能会出现灾难性的后果,比如创始人痛心出局;激化合伙人之间的矛盾;留不住核心人才;公司的决策经常性地出现僵局;投资人不愿投资等。出现任何一个问题,公司将很难走下去,故创业伊始,股权设计一定要慎之又慎。

一个团队一定要有一个明确的老板。哪怕两个人关系亲密,能力、级别、出资等相当,也应该分出主次,找出那个能够在创业遇到危难时刻担责任的人,否遇到问题没有人能做主,经常出现决策僵局。
