合伙开店,股权该如何设计呢?

关于股权的问题,很多人是缺少这方面的常识的,合伙之前如果不懂,后面往往吃大亏,我这里普及一下关于股权设计的几条常识:

1、一定控制权67%,相当于100%的权力,可以修改公司章程/分立、合并、变更主营项目、重大决策;相对控制权51%,控制线,控制公司;安 全控制权34%,一票否决权。
