如何通过股权设计,留人又留心?

古人云:“得人心者得天下”。在企业中也是如此,那么如何留住员工和心,则是很多管理者思考的问题。如何通过股权设计,留人又留心,让企业成本降低?

工龄工资拉高固定工资,增加固定人力成本,虽然促 进一些人稳定,但稳定不等于有意义的忠诚;

合伙人;员工出钱出力还不占股权,让员工参与经营分享增量成果,不需要企业从过去利润中额外拿钱做激励。而且留下的不是一个人,而是一整个团队。
