公司设计股权机制是否人人都可以参与?

科学设计股权结构的前提应该是考虑清楚企业未来发展的道路,至少是3-5年的规划,有多少需要引入的核心骨干,有多少需要引进的高管,未来是否有上市的打算,近几年是否需要引入战略投资者等。什么样的人可以作为合伙人一起创业?

一,需要价值观一致和对事业方向要予以认同。如果相互之间根本不认同对方,甚至对所做的事情都不予认同,那就没办法一起创业,更没办法成为合伙人:
