股权激励通俗来讲是什么?

股权激励是将公司股权或股权的收益权以某种方式授予企业的中高层管理人员和业务、技术骨干,形成权利和义务相互匹配的所有权、收益权、控制权关系,从而激励员工为公司长期发展服务的一种制度安排。

,股权激励是领导的行为(或者说企业行为),股权是领导拿出来的,领导愿不愿意很重要;

其次,拿出的是股权,股权是什么?股权对应的是企业的所有权、收益权、控制权,所以激励时你可以考虑将三种权利全部用来激励,也可以只拿出收益权(这不就是实股模式和虚拟股模式吗?);
