股权激励中如何把握员工的心理

很多企业在施行股权激励的过程中,无法把握员工的心理,很多公司关键无奈的事情就是,发了股权激励,但是员工却没有多感激,甚至有时候适得其反,除了本身规则的制定,在股权发放的方式上,一些细节的确是需要仔细的把握一下。

同样的道理,公司也有两种选择,首要是提出以折扣方式发放,还有一种就是公司以员工买多少股公司赠送多少股的方式发放,显而易见后者的激励的效果更优。

总而言之,股权激励是一种行之有用的激励员工的方式,但是需要创业者注意对员工心理的把握,特别是它的共享性、价值观以及公平性,只有这样才能切实起到激励员工积 极性的作用,当心因为一些不当的操作方式让“好心”激励变成了“坏事”。
