股权激励可以根据企业实际来灵活赋予股权权能种类的多少由此就会使得股权激励产生很多种激励的模式。

常见的模式主要分为三大类

该类股权只有分红权(有的还带有净资产增值权),此类股权激励不涉及公司股权结构的实质性变化。所以,此类股份也叫岗位股份(历史上的晋商企业也叫身股)如虚拟股票激励、股票期权模式等。

该类股权具有以上全部4种权能,此类股权激励不仅涉及公司股权结构的实质性变化,而且会直接完善公司治理结构。所以,此类股份也叫实股(历史上的晋商企业也叫银股)。如员工持股计划、管理层融资收购模式等。

3、虚实结合的股份激励模式

该类股权规定在一定期限内实施虚拟股票激励模式,到期时再按实股激励模式将相应虚拟股票转为实际股票。
This kind of equity stipulates that the virtual stock incentive mode shall be implemented within a certain period of time, and then the corresponding virtual stock shall be converted into actual stock according to the real stock incentive mode when it matures.
