其实AB股制度是关于投票权的，同股不同权，A股为普通股，1股1个投票权，但是B股1股可以相当于10个甚至20个的投票权，我们的公司法里面是规定同股同权的，虽然前段时间出个新闻说是可以对某些创新性企业实行同股不同权的制度，但是公司法毕竟没有改，在实践操作中有障碍，但是这也是一个方向。
