股权激励对象应要考虑的三个要求

企业在计划股权统筹与布局,确定要激励的人员时,要基于以下三个方面进行考虑:

一、基于当前的组织架构考虑基于公司目前的组织架构来考虑,是确定激励对象的首要因素。公司的组织架构,包括研发、营销、股东服务部、客户部、咨询部、人力行政部、企划部、财务和总裁办。凡是负责人、部门负责人都应纳入股权激励的范围。

三、基于公司的发展战略考虑确定激励的人员,还要基于企业的发展战略来考虑。企业激励企业上下游、激励投资者、激励“明日黄花”等,都要根据企业的战略规划而定。

总之,根据企业的组织架构和发展战略,确定了要激励哪些人之后,就要通盘考虑企业的整体预算,明确如何分配才公平,同时还要令被激励者有被激励的感觉,这叫作综合统筹。
